The thickness makes me feel like I am coating my skin in something protective. A little goes a long way! When I use it, it feels like I'm pampering myself. It's great for when you're skin feels dehydrated or your barrier feels damaged. I also like using it over a night mask for extra moisture. It comes in a dark dropper bottle, which helps prevent air and germs from entering the product and causing it to spoil.
