Azelaic Peel
Sensilis Azelaic Peel is formulated to boost the efficacy of your skincare routine with sensitive skin in mind. This product has a unique formula that features 5% Tranexamic acid and 3% Azeloglycine. These two ingredients both work to help with reducing hyperpigmentation, and Azelogycine also has sebum-regulating properties. In addition, the formula contains CM-Naringenin Chalcone with a soothing action and Prebiotics that keep the microbiome balanced. Consequently, this peel reduces excess sebum, dark spots, redness, and wrinkles simultaneously.
Main benefits: gently exfoliates the skin, reduces the appearance of pores, minimizes redness, reduces dark spots by 25% in one month, reduces excess sebum, and minimizes the depth of wrinkles.
Although suitable for all skin types, it is excellent for combination to oily skin and particularly helpful in cases of acne, hyperpigmentation, or rosacea. I love adding Sensilis Azelaic Peel after cleansing my face, as it has dramatically complemented my skincare routine by helping with retexturizing my skin and acne scars.
Main Ingredients
- 5% Tranexamic acid reduces melanin synthesis by inhibiting transcription factors of MITF (melanocyte-inducing transcription Factors).
- 3% Azeloglycine inhibits melanin synthesis by decreasing the enzyme tyrosinase involved. As a result, it reduces hyperpigmentation and helps achieve a more even skin tone. At the same time, this ingredient has sebum-regulating properties that help with reducing excess sebum.
- 0.09% CM-Naringenin Chalcone soothes the skin and reduces redness by reducing inflammation.
- Prebiotics help to maintain or restore the microbiome's balance by favoring the growth of good bacteria while limiting the proliferation of harmful bacteria.
- 0.05% Zinc PCA has sebum-regulating properties that hydrate the skin simultaneously.
How to use
Apply Sensilis Azelaic Peel to clean dry skin of the face in the morning and/or evening.
Sensilis Azelaic Peel is an excellent addition to any skincare routine. This product has helped with retexturizing and reducing excess sebum, acne scars, and the redness to my sensitive skin!
When using Sensilis Azelaic Peel, you want to start by using it only a few times a week so that your skin can build a tolerance to the product. After building up a tolerance, you can start using it daily for maximum benefits, and you should always be following up with a moisturizer, as well as a good sunscreen with at least SPF 30 (if you're going to be outside).
