Eclat - kylac review for Cactus Water Toner

This is obviously not the same product as pictured but could not find actual product to tag which is the `Eilat ROSY GLOW ROSE WATER TONER with hyaluronic acid and aloe Vera to help hydrate and also sooth the skin. I use this rose water toner normally on the nights I use retinol so I use a toner that's soothing to the skin. It leaves my skin feeling soft and plump. I recommend having rose water in your routine for those days when you need some help with redness or soothing irritated skin.
