One of the best OTC spot treatments that really works for me. It really helps when I get hormonal acnes (the giga size and so painful ones). It calms down the inflammation and makes it less angry. It has gel consistency and a bit sticky. When I apply it at my night routine, the next day I usually find my pimple isn't as red as before and less painful. Pro tip: apply it as soon as you start to notice a pimple forming because when it has pus already, a spot treatment will be much less effective.
