Color Wow - IceE81 review for Extra Strength Dream Coat

I brought this as I have natural 4C hair that is prone to frizzing. I apply it to my washed and damp hair. The instructions say your hair needs to be 70% dry. I find this hard to judge but went for what I thought this meant. I sectioned my hair and sprayed it with this Color Wow liberally then used my hair dryer with the comb attachment as to active it requires heat and tension. As I was drying my hair I could feel that my hair was being coated in a silky like layer. After drying my hair it felt silky smooth and soft. On it's own it does help to stop my hair from getting frizzy.
