A watery type toner containing Panthenol--- a non comedogenic ingredient a.k.a as Pro-Vitamin B5. It turns into B complex when applied, and provides moisture and wound healing properties to skin. Other notable ingredients are Camellia Sinensis & Japonica Leaf Extract, and Orchid Extract.

💓 I have a keen liking with toners that has a watery consistency, and the past 3wks of using this is a joy for me.
💓 I am impressed by how minimal the ingredients are, it only consists of 14--- very straightforward.
💓 Doesn't contain any alcohol, paraben, or sulfate. It's also safe for pregnants and people fungal-acne, too.
💓 Since it has a very lightweight consistency, layering the application won't be an issue. I apply it any time of the day, whether on my AM or PM routine. I also enjoy using it when I just get out of the bath.
💓 When I apply wash-off mask, I use this afterwards. It easily soothes dryness and gives instant relief when I experience post masking. I'm planning to transfer it on a spray bottle and stock it in my bathroom for a much convenient use.
💓 Overall, this toner delivers its claims of hydrating and moisturizing my skin. I enjoyed it a lot. If you're looking for a gentle, straightforward, and flexible toner, then you should try this 😊
