First of all, I like the packaging. The jar is very wide, makes it very easy to scoop out the product. The sorbet is white color and the texture is very smooth. I followed the instructions to not add water as I spread the product on the face with circular motions, and only use water to rinse it out. As I massaged the sorbet on my face, it quickly removed my makeup and sunscreen. This sorbet is supposed to replace the need of double cleansing and it really does the job. My face felt clean, fresh and smooth afterward, and no sticky residue.
