The metal applicator has a cooling effect and the the gloss itself is isn’t bad. It doesn’t transfer as long as you apply and let it form its film layer on top. I personally found that it doesn’t do much for me, it eventually rubs off in the same amount of time my other lip products do but I believe that’s from eating and varying other factors. Since it’s a gloss, the color does vary a bit from person to person so I’d recommend a bit more research according to your skin and natural lip color. I’ve repurchased this once because I liked the color and how easy it was for daily use.
