Restoring Body Lotion - Fragrance-free
This is a basic fragrance free moisturizer, and I love it for that. It contains plant derived ceramides. Ceramedx in general has been touted as a vegan and cruelty free alternative to CeraVe, and I can see why.
It has a lotion texture that sinks into the skin easily. It doesn't really smell like anything, which I appreciate. It moisturizes my skin nicely, and generally just does what it's supposed to do. I can use it as a hand cream during the day without getting everything I touch afterwards covered in grease.
I use this pretty much all over. On the body, as a hand cream, and as a face moisturizer as well.
I love that it's cruelty free and vegan. It's also reasonably priced and comes in a generous size. The pump packaging is convenient for using it at home.
The main downside to this for me is that I can only get it from iHerb, at least for the time being.
When the product is running low, it's difficult to get every last drop of lotion out of the package. Towards the end, I was taking out the pump and shaking the bottle against my palm. I also tried to cut the container open with scissors, but it's too sturdy for that.
