JoanneKylie review for Dermoscience Sun Care Facial Moisturizer SPF15

It's an okay moisturizer. I wouldn't recommend this on darker skin tones because it leaves a white cast. Some people treat this as a sunscreen and that's okay, they should just make sure to re apply constantly because the spf level is low. It stings a little, but it's bearable. If you're very sensitive to that, I wouldn't recommend this for you to try. But good that it's not expensive and also available at almost all drug stores or make up stores in the PH market, I haven't checked here in CA. Some of my friends like this, but it's not for me.
