This is full of essential oils - Because of my sensitive skin I tried this on my arm first and had a bad reaction.l -;It also has a strong scent because of the oils in it, which I am not a fan of - Just things to take note of if you wanna try this. It's supposed to be relaxing, which I understand because of the scent, however unfortunately scents stress me out haha. So this is not the best fit for me
