I received the Vitamin C24 Surprise Serum for free as part of a TIAM Giveaway. I received the serum in a 30ml brown tinted bottle topped with a dropper containing a clear liquid with a slight astringent scent. This powerful skin brighting serum is blended with 22% pure Vitamin C and 2% Vitamin C derivative that improves the brightness of the skin while promoting skin elasticity. EXPERIENCE - Although I originally dismissed the thought of using this due to the higher concentration, I decided to have my daughter give it a try. Her skin is no where as sensitive as mine and since using the serum, she has definitely praised its effectiveness regarding the brightening effect. She also claims it to be nonsticky while providing hydration.
