I like using both! Toner pads are great for extra soft skin and gentle exfoliation, while regular toner is perfect for a quick, non-exfoliating application. I usually exfoliate once or twice a week and use toner on the other days.

A lot of the toner pads I have, add extra exfoliation Which I enjoy more than a regular toner.
