I don’t really have bad acne scar, but every time I wear foundation or anything you can still see scars. I heard nars concealer is good for covering but is a lot of money, so wonder there another one similar to nars concealer?

I bought the Romand bare water in 017 this month, when I apply it it is AMAZING and really glowy! But then, not even an hour pases and the glow is just not there and I don't even have dry skin at all. I searched for tutorials on how to apply mesh foundation and I am pretty sure my tecnique is not the problem. I use hydrating cream (+ lightweight sunscreen) under it and I have tried using primer too but same result! Also, my setting spray is very hydrating and not advertised as mattifying. Maybe I use too much powder products so it dulls the glow? I usually use powder blush and contour but no mattying products. Please help!!
