I think the brand picks the MVPs, not Picky. But it's kind of hard to tell if and when the MVPs are announced because either the winners don't share this, or the brand forgets. 😅 I won the Gentle hour giveaway, which was in June, I believe, and haven't seen any winners. But for example, the MVP winners for the Benton giveaway were already announced.

The brand picks the best reviewer and as for how long it will takes for them to announce is a matter of their decision. Some brands takes time to announce but some announce it very quick after the review deadline ends
