I've been having the same issue. Tried quite a few things, even deleted and re-installed the app more than once but nothing worked. Contacted Picky, they said it will be fixed. That was approximately 2 months ago.

Update your app and try.
If not working, unistall and install again.
It should be working now. Mine didnt work for months but in November I finally could. And I read some people could finally do it too!
