Strong and exfoliation should never go in a sentence together. Even if you think strong exfoliatiants might work quicker, more likely than not they will just damage your skin and wreck your skin barrier, making your skin look even worse than before.
In the end regular (2-3x a week), gentle exfoliation will have MUCH more of a benefit than overly harsh exfoliants, trust me. 🫶

Agree with @lavenderduck, too much exfoliation will most certainly damage your skin barrier.
