It's linked to your hormones which take forever to settle down. I lost so much I was using Draino to unclog my drain regularly (I had a catcher and the hair still found its way down!)
It will settle down eventually, but if you're worried just consult your Dr.

You should definitely try oiling your hair regularly! Apply castor oil on your scalp and other oils on your hair to strengthen it.

I think once the hormones get back to normal this issue will resolve it self but for now a good diet and rosemary oil can help with the scalp to strengthen the hair follicles.
