It's the white spots..i don't know what it's called in other language but we call it here An-An it's kinda fungal infection

If it's fungal, best to see a doctor to get a prescription for an antifungal medication to treat it. I believe the medical term for an-an is tinea versicolor.

I had skin discolouration like that before. I went to see a dermatologist after my primary Dr couldn’t fix it. The derm said it was possibly two conditions: one is easy to treat and the other hard to treat. I had the hard to treat one. The Dr scraped my skin and sent the sample to a lab for testing. I can’t remember what my skin condition was called (it was not Tinea Viscolor) but I had to take antibiotics for a few weeks. I suggest going to a dermatologist to get a proper diagnosis.
