You need to look into Chinese beauty brands for that. I like the one included in the Judydoll Highlight & Contour palette. Brightens really well. If you want a single product instead of a palette, you can try the Judydoll Starlight Highlighting Powder in shade M01 Milky Shell or M02 Pinky Pearl as those two are matte shades.

The flower knows angel collection has the best highlighter I reckon! It is so pigmented and has the same sparkles like the Fenty Beauty highlighter
