Klairs giveaway only 1 product received

Hello everyone for Those who won klairs giveaway with 3 products, I have only received one of them(the moisture cream) but not the rest. Anybody else in the same situation? The website mentions that I have to review the others two products that I don’t have ….

It’s only one of the 3 items as a prize. It was stated in fine print on the giveaway photo.

But when I want to submit my review it’s telling me that I have to review the others two products that I don’t have ….
