โฅ It has watery texture but slightly viscous than water. Love layering this one. I use this up to 3 layers, so right after application the finish is matte with slight tackiness (depends on how many layers), but once fully absorbed no more tackiness. I love blending this on my skin, my skin feels velvety soft.

I usually experience tingling sensation on my inflamed skin when I use fermented ingredients, but no irritation with this one. I definitely recommend this for someone who have sensitive skin and if you love toner that has some โweightโ to it.
