Balmy Tint - Memoir
A clean, tinted lip balm with active levels of moisture boosting ingredients and sheer, buildable color. This balm has won several awards from Allure, Refinery 29 and it is a POPSUGAR pick for 2021.
This is a neutral mauve and I am on my second tube! It is creamy and easy to wear.
It has rosehip seed oil, shea butter and salicornia, a sea succulent, in it . The sea succulent boosts hydration by up to 6000%over 28 days!
The product of tint starts about a third down in the tube, therefore you don’t feel like you are getting a full lipstick bullet.
