Carrots review for Radiance Cleansing Balm

When I massage the balm onto my skin, it turns into oil which melts away makeup and sunscreen. I often use waterproof eyeliner and this cleansing balm is able to remove them. It can be rinsed easily with water and won't leave my skin feeling tight. I don't feel the need of double cleasing as my skin feels clean and moisturized at the same time after using it. Plus, it does not irritate my acne-prone skin and I would definitely repurchase this cleansing balm.
