With the short period of trial, I honestly can't comment on it's blemish-fighting capability. I do love this cream as a night moisturizer especially now that I'm experiencing dryness from the cool weather. I prefer using this at night as the thicker and creamy texture can be quite heavy under makeup during the day. It's also heavily scented but didn't cause any issues for me.
