I used to skip this part of the care until I felt its effect on myself. I remove my makeup with a cleansing gel. Then when my face is completely dry, I apply this toner. The tonic removes any remaining make-up. But the main thing is that it seems to me that I soaked my skin in water. The tonic relieves fatigue, soothes and moisturizes the skin. Dries quickly and softens the skin. The skin becomes radiant, but not greasy or sticky. This cleansing water is made with licorice water, guava leaf, rose and green tea extract.
