Once you get used to 100 ,hen move to 300, and then 700. I used this in the evening as the first step to my skincare routine after cleansing my skin. I massaged the product into my skin, and then I made sure to moisturize my skin afterward & made sure to use a SPF during the day. My skin feels so much healthier after using these products. This product helped my other skincare products absorb more quickly into my skin. Making my skin feel hydrated and moisturized. I did experience some flaking, which is natural reaction for skin texture improvement. I could see the dead skin coming off my face. Afterwards,I was left with super soft skin and a smoother skin texture. I'm absolutely loving these products. My skin feels so healthy and I feel my dark spots have gotten lighter.
