Oulac Cosmetics - staceymeows review for 01 Porcelain

This is basically like Laura Mercier's loose powder. I have both powders & this is comparable to the Ultra Blur loose setting powder. It's so finely milled & soft! It blends really easily, too. I just got this fairly recently & I absolutely love it! I was on the fence because in their description, they say it's luminous. It looks more matte to me. Maybe it's the shade I picked, but I like a matte finish better, so I was very happy with the results. I bought Porcelain because I'm very pale/fair skinned. The container it comes in is very sturdy & I love the soft puff! This is definitely gonna be something I will keep repurchasing because it's so nice! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
