Neutrogena - Mucci review for Canada All-in-One Make-up Removing Cleansing Wipes

I use these wipes as a quick touch-up for makeup smudges, or oops. I do love the light scent contained on these. I find it to be the perfect amount of fragrance. I always wear waterproof mascara and eyeliner. They can be used to remove waterproof eyeliner but DEFINITELY NOT waterproof mascara. You will need to add micellar water or some other product onto the wipe to get waterproof mascara removed effectively. These cleansing wipes are a good size and are fairly strong. I have yet to have one rip. You can remove waterproof lipstick 💄💋 but it is a slight challenge because you will not get it off with the first swipe. It will probably take five swipes to remove.
