ANUA - Renlau review for Rice 70+ Glow Milky Toner

This is a great addition to the array of rice milky toners. It’s light non irritating and really works well. Didn’t find it sticky. I find rice ingredients work well on my skin and really loved how this toner felt on my skin. I didn’t break out and felt refreshing on my skin every time I applied it.
