I remember when this oil came on the scene , it was all the rage . I could not wait to get my hands on it . It has a delicate blend of light oils . I tested to see if it was effective when removing make up . It removed everything except my eyeliner . It was just an ok oil cleanser

I recall the packaging / dispenser being the issue with this product
