Do you guy have so many Picky Points that you could never use them all? I know it’s probably not a super common problem, but I just thought I would share since it was interesting to me. Maybe there will be new ways to use our points in the future 😍. Any suggestions?

I love this cleanser because it has a simple &amp; great ingredients list, but still gets the job done. The 0.5% SA is toward the lower end and I personally feel that it could be a little higher, but I do see the versatility of this product in that it’s not stripping and can be used twice a day unlike 2% SA cleansers. I’ve personally never felt striped from this cleanser and feel it’s perfect for me to get a little exfoliation to keep acne at bad without damaging my skin barrier. It’s a holy grail and will continue to repurchase.

I think this is a slightly misleading product just because of the title. It actually has a pretty low percentage of vitamin C in this. But, I do feel this could make it better for sensitive skin types.

I used this serum day and night for over a week and I really really enjoy it! If you want true brightening benefits from vitamin C this isn’t the serum for you in that it doesn’t contain enough vitamin C to truly make a big difference in skin tone or for lightening hyperpigmentation. HOWEVER, if you want a antioxidant rich serum with countless benefits to your skin this is one of the best well rounded serum. This can help with skin plumping, brightening, supporting your skin barrier, anti-aging, hydration, &amp; more. The ingredients list is stellar &amp; one of the best ingredients lists that I’ve seen, covering a wide variety of skin conditions. 

🍊 Final Conclusion 🍊
If you’re looking for a super antioxidant serum, this is the one for you! If you’re looking for true vitamin C benefits, maybe a stronger formulation could help quicker and more effectively. Overall, I love this serum because I had absolutely no irritation and my skin felt sooo healthy and hydrated. The encapsulated vitamin E really feels nourishing to my skin and never felt too heavy for daytime use. I definitely will continue to use this day and night &amp; hope to see some long term benefits.

[5&#47;13&#47;21] A nourishing &amp; non-irritating vitamin C serum? If you have sensitive skin this is the vitamin C serum for you. 🍊 Skin&amp;Lab Vitamin C Brightening Serum [Recap Review]

Maybe some of you remember, but I already reviewed this serum before so please check out that review as well in you want more details.

~ Notable Ingredients: Glycerin {4}, Niacinamide {6}, 3-O-Ethyl Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C Derivative) {8 - 1.5%}, Tocopheryl Acetate (Vitamin E) {9}, Panthenol {10}, Bifida Ferment Lysate [11], Algae Extract [12], HA [13]… there are too many great ingredients to name. 😅

~ INCI List: As I mentioned in my previous review of this, this is a very gentle vitamin C serum as it has a pretty low amount of vitamin C in the overall formulation. But, that doesn’t mean it isn’t effective. I do believe that this is more suitable for sensitive skin types or those just starting on the vitamin C game. This of course is known for the 15% Vita Energy Complex which is packed with many great ingredients from anti-oxidants to active vitamins which could really help the skin. 

~ Nourishing?: I would definitely consider that this is a very nourishing serum and one that I love using morning &amp; night during any skin condition because of how gentle &amp; protective it is. I look at this serum as being a nourishing serum because of the texture and ingredients. I definitely helps to promote good skin health and protect our skin barriers. *This may be a little too thick for daytime use for those with oily skin.

🍊 Final Conclusion: This is a great serum that I really like overall, but would consider it more as an anti-oxidant serum that really promotes great skin health than a vitamin C serum. I definitely feel like I have the ability to use this along side another stronger vitamin C serum to get great synergistic effects and see more of that brightening power come to light.

~ Recommended for: All Skin Types *Oily skin types (Nighttime use only)

~ Experience: This is a really nice sun cream that is very easy to incorporate into anyone’s skincare routine because it’s lightweight and breathable while still being hydrating & moisturizing. This does contain lavender oil for those that might be sensitive to that ingredient or don’t like the lavender scent, but it doesn’t bother my skin and enhances my experience with the product.

☀️ Final Conclusion: This is a little highly priced for my liking just because there are so many great sunscreens on the market that are more affordable. But, it’s still affordable and a great sun cream for those that want a creamy sun cream during this colder season.

~ Recommended for: Combo & Dry Skin Types

~ Experience: I expected this to have a whitecast as the highest used filter is zinc oxide, but it’s actually surprisingly not that bad. It performs well and as a sunscreen and dries down to a perfect neutral finish on my skin. I have to say that it does have a tone up effect on my skin tone that I don’t mind and looks pretty natural. But, just because it has a light whitecast it makes me reach for this less often then other sunscreens.

☀️ Final Conclusion: It’s a decent sunscreen for sure and I don’t mind using it, but it isn’t one that I feel like using everyday and probably isn’t a good pick for anyone with a darker skin tone than me.

~ INCI List: This has great new sunscreen filters as well as niacinamide, glycerin, & vitamin tree extract to name a few. Definitely a good formulation overall.

~ My Usage: Daily as last step in morning routine
~ Rating: 3/5

~ Experience: I was super excited to try this sunscreen out because it’s waterproof and that’s a must when I’m working out in the sun all day long and sweating so much. This has no whitecast and the finish isn’t too dewy, but this stings my eye area a bit and that just worries me a bit. Also, wherever I have some skin irritation this just aggravates it a bit more. It is due to other products and me not taking the best care of my skin, but due to that I had to give it a bit lower rating.

☀️ Final Conclusion: This is a good sunscreen overall and if it didn’t sting my irritated areas I would totally use this on the daily at work. But, it’s just not a perfect match for me and therefore probably will gift it away to someone with more resilient skin.
