tldr;
- basic hydrating toner
- watery, lightweight, preps skin for serum / moisturiser
- dispensing product can be quite messy? the spray isnt a mist spray, its more like a direct spray

my experience:
supple power hyaluronic9+ onsen essence toner 💧
a lightweight hydrating toner which is good for layering and packing in hydration into the skin!! can never go wrong w a good ol hydrating toner 🤩 tbh would've preferred the bottle to have a mist / softer spray so that i can just spray directly to my face, but no big deal lol. note that this contains frangipani flower oil though (hence the strong floral scent)

- may be too gentle for those used to stronger exfoliants

my experience:

gentle toner perfect for those who are new to exfoliants orrrrr if you have a weak skin barrier that cannot tolerate strong exfoliants! i used this on alternating nights and my skin feels ever so slightly softer and smoother the next morning. i havent seen any drastic improvements on skin dullness / acne in ~2weeks but it probably takes awhile for results to show, especially since the % of exfoliants are relatively low. ill just continue using this in the meantime, its a great addition to my skincare routine. also somethinc's products are affordable too ~ ($13 for 100ml)

the finish is natural but can leave a slight greasy film (only if you apply too much), not the biggest fan of this because sometimes it makes my oily skin look greasy even before i leave the house 💀

tldr;
- no whitecast, lightweight lotion texture
- natural finish (slight greasiness if overapplied)
- hydrating, soothing on skin
- doesn't sting eyes

this sunscreen is truly airy - it spreads smoothly like melted butter and absorbs quickly into the skin without feeling heavy, and without any whitecast at all 🤩

there isnt any strong fragrance, great for sensitive areas / eye area as it wont sting

i haven't experienced any pilling or any bad reactions so far, after all this sunscreen really is gentle and catered to sensitive skin seeing how it is alcohol-free, fragrance-free, essential oil-free !!

would i repurchase?
yes but only when its on sale bc its a little priceyyy for me but def worth the splurge 😋

- occlusive barrier repair
- moisturises and nourishes skin
- packed with ceramides
- so soft and smooth it feels like butter

i love spreading this cream out its so therapeutic and it makes me feel like a glazed donut LOL however this is definitely on the heavier side of creams - better to be used in the PM instead. its a simple moisturiser packed with ceramides and other barrier-healing ingredients!

- might not provide enough hydration for some

- good if you want a milky toner without the heaviness / greasiness
- calming + hydrating + moisturising
- fragrance free, great for sensitive skin types
to me, this felt like laneige’s cream skin refiner, but slightly less moisturising (and thus less greasy). i enjoyed using this on days when my skin barrier felt compromised from overexfoliation 😖, and also woke up with soft & hydrated skin the next day!!!! big w
