Halo, teman-teman. Beberapa hari yang lalu aku dapat notif shipping info dari EMS untuk paket Picky x Commonlabs Vitamin E Calming Ampoule (batch 1).

Tapi sebelumnya aku meminta teman-teman untuk nggak kapok ikut event Picky yaa~
FYI, Picky sendiri juga nggak tau ekspedisi yang akan digunakan oleh brand-brand yang ikut itu apa karena yang memilih ekspedisi adalah brand-nya langsung.
Dan sebelum Commonlabs menggunakan ekspedisi EMS, tentunya sudah melalui berbagai pertimbangan banyak hal.

Ini asumsiku aja, tapi menurutku Commonlabs memilih ekspedisi EMS (padahal sister brand-nya, SKIN1004, dulu itu pakai voucher Lazada) karena untuk mengurangi risiko penyalahgunaan voucher... Temenku ada yang bilang, katanya pas giveaway Picky x SKIN1004 yang dulu itu ada yang ngeshare kode vouchernya ke orang lain jadi sistem seller SKIN1004 di Lazada juga eror, vouchernya nggak bisa dipakai.

That's why, kemungkinan besar Commonlabs ingin menghindari hal-hal seperti itu.

"Lalu kenapa nggak pakai EFS atau DHL aja yang free at all?"

Kita nggak tau ya berapa biaya yang dikeluarkan oleh Commonlabs berapa untuk shipping produknya. Barangkali ketika pakai EFS/DHL, sistemnya rumit atau harus bayar lebih daripada EMS atau lainnya. So guys, please jangan salahkan Picky ataupun Commonlabs dan jangan kapok ikut event Picky selanjutnya ya 🥺

Domisiliku Pati, Jawa Tengah dan yeahhh .... Aku merasa keberatan dengan estimasi pajak+handling fee yang harus aku bayar.
Kemudian, aku menghubungi Picky via email support@gopicky.com terkait kegelisahanku ini 🙂

Mereka menyampaikan bahwa gapapa kalau barangnya ditolak karena pajak tinggi atau alasan lain yang reasonable. Yang penting, jangan lupa konfirm ke pihak Picky terkait alasan penolakan paket dan mengisi form feedback juga.

Selanjutnya, aku juga menghubungi pihak Bea Cukai Semarang.
Aku tanya 2 hal, estimasi pajak yang harus dibayarkan dan prosedur retur barangnya bagaimana.

Terkait estimasi pajak, adminnya mengacu pada nilai jual produk dari web Commonlabs korea sebesar KRW 22,000 atau sekitar IDR260k (bukan harga dari Picky sebesar 19$ )
Dari harga tersebut, estimasi pajak yang harus kubayarkan sekitar Rp52.000 (belum termasuk handling fee dsb). Jadi nominal yang harus dibayar akan bertambah lagi kalau sudah sampai alamat tujuan.

Kemudian, aku tanya perihal prosedur retur barang gimana. Adminnya kirim form retur lalu kuisi dan ditandatangani (nggak perlu pakai materai) dan dikirim balik ke admin tersebut by WA.

Setelahnya, admin bakal kirim semacam invoice return produk gitu kalau returnya udah diproses.

Sebenarnya aku sedih karena hal ini tentunya nggak bagus buatku, tapi mau gimana aku merasa keberatan dengan nominal pajak+handling feenya (meskipun secara nominal tetap sangat murah, bahkan jika dibandingkan dengan nominal untuk beli produknya aja) dan sejujurnya ada keperluan lain yang lebih penting 🙂🥲

Honestly, aku melakukan hal ini juga setelah melalui berbagai pertimbangan berhari-hari, memikirkannya berkali-kali dan mendiskusikannya dengan pihak-pihak yang terkait.
Aku nggak bermaksud untuk nggak menghargai effort brand Commonlabs apa gimana, tapi ada hal lain yang harus kupenuhi dan pastinya ada yang harus dikorbankan.

At least, aku nggak PHP Picky dan Commonlabs karena sejak sebelum memutuskan hal ini, aku sudah mengonfirmasi dan melakukan follow up progress return dengan Picky dan Bea Cukai.

This product is one of the Robectin Clean Line products. This product contains the following hero ingredients:

✨ 85% Neroli Flower (aka. Bitter Orange) Water as an anti-inflammatory and soothing skin
✨ Glutathione as an anti-oxidant
✨ Niacinamide as an brightening skin
✨ LHA (lipohydroxy acid) acts as a peeling of the skin and caan treat acne. This ingredient is similar to BHA, but the LHA molecule is larger and safe for sensitive skin

In addition to these ingredients, this product also contains hyaluronic acid, allantoin, panthenol and beta-glucan.

FYI, this product available in two size: 15ml and 50ml and I'm trying a size of 15ml right now.

I got this product a few days ago, and here is my impression of this product.

🌿 This product has a simple package with mini dark green transparent glass dropper bottle. The texture of the product looks thick, but when applied it becomes lighter and is well absorbed by the skin immediately after application.
