Rice extract is known for its rich antioxidant compounds, including Vit E, ferulic acid and oryzanol. The bran on the other hand contains moisturizing polysaccharides, omega fatty acids, and a lot of nutrients. All of these work synergistically to brighten your complexion, make it look more radiant, supple and younger looking. 🌼ℱℴ𝓇𝓂𝓊𝓁𝒶𝓉𝒾ℴ𝓃: What caught my attention was its 2 distinct product densities. The first layer is watery, the other layer is more of like an emulsion. So you need to shake it first before using. 🌼𝒜𝓅𝓅𝓁𝒾𝒸𝒶𝓉𝒾ℴ𝓃: After cleansing, I take a few drops at the palm of my hand and massage them well across my face. This has a very watery milk consistency. Very lightweight and easily absorbed by my skin. 🌼𝒞ℴ𝒾𝓃: Php1200 for 150ml, which is perhaps a little pricey compared to other k-beauty toners. But if you have a room in your budget, I would say it's a worthwhile product. 🌼𝒱ℯ𝓇𝒹𝒾𝒸𝓉: I think I've found the one. This is so perfect for my oily-combo skin! I have been using this consistently for ~3weeks, day & night. What I love about this is I can layer it bec it's very lightweight and fast absorbing (I love layering my toners & essences) it didn't make my skin feel greasy at all. And you can already see the instant glow right after application! I haven't seen any significant improvement on my pimple marks though (need to use it more to see), but the overall complexion of your skin will really improve. So if you're after the instant brightening effect and you have the budget, go for it!

I bought this toner out of curiosity and this is the first milky toner I've ever tried. The texure is thick and a little slimy. It is moisturizing but not moisturizing enough that you'd use it alone, I'd recommend to use a moisturizer after this. It's non scented.

[Packaging] It has a minimalist aesthetic that looks very sharp and clean. It is also very easy to dispense product from the bottle. [Consistency] Wow, this lather is creamy and dense! Nearly like that of a shaving cream! You hardly need any product at all, and using a bit more water than you think gives a great, fast foam. It's very fun to use and feels luxurious and soft. I believe the myristic acid is what creates this foam, but Paula Begoun notes that it can be drying. [Eyes] This does not sting my eyes. [Scent] Smells like citrus. I can especially smell orange and lemon. I like the scent, which comes from fruit extracts and oils. [Conclusion] This is something you may like if oily skin has been particularly pervasive. I haven't needed to use a moisturizer all Summer because there has been plenty on and in my skin. Production's working overtime lol I actually enjoy this more than my favorite P.Calm Underpore Foam Cleanser. This Ceuracle Pro Balance Creamy Cleanser is such a lovely, fluffy experience and doesn't leave my pores filled with anything. There are times with the P.Calm Cleanser this Summer that I think it actually hasn't been quite good enough after my first oil cleanser.

I went out of cleansing foam and I figured out that Laneige Cream Skin Milk Oil Cleanser has pH 5.5 aka ideal pH in cleansing foam. Let's stop right there, but it isn't a foam? Yes, I made a mistake and when I saw "milk" in the name, I thought it would be a great product for a water-based cleanser, but it's an oil-based cleanser. According to Laneige, Laneige Cream Skin Milk Oil Cleanser mixes traditional oil cleansing with skincare ingredients to provide your skin with lots of moisture. The same hydrating ingredients are in Laneige Cream Skin Refiner. This cleanser doesn't need an emulsifier to cleanse your skin without making it oily. The texture is creamy and it has a nice, delicate scent. Laneige didn't put any artificial scent. The product itself is very economic, I bought it by mistake but I've decided that it's going to stay with me for a while. According to Laneige, if you use waterproof makeup, you might need a pre-cleansing with makeup remover. You don't need a 2nd cleansing after Laneige Cream Skin Milk Oil Cleanser - you can go straight to your skincare, but I still like to use foam. I use waterproof mascara - can't imagine my life without it after wearing a mask all day long, and yes, this cleansing oil is not enough to fight with Missha's Waterproof Mascara, but the silicone base of your foundation is not a problem for Laneige. It has a mild scent, you almost can't feel it and a bottle which I find easy to use, even the pump is easy to open (while in some cases like Nivea, I used to fight with pumps a lot). I'm pretty sure that every cleanser would have problems with waterproof makeup, that's why I still think that Laneige is a good option with quite a fine availability - you can find it in many Sephora stores and other drugstores all around the world.
