I was so lucky to be chosen to receive Plodica's Re:wake Moist Treatment as I love a good toner - and this one is GREAT! Having combo skin, I need products that help to balance my skin so it can look its best. Paired with the Let Me Soothing Creamy Mask, it's the perfect hydrating pair which I have integrated into my night routine. While I think it has a slightly thicker consistency than other toners I've tried, it is still light and airy on the skin. It absorbs beautifully, and prepares me perfectly for the mask. As for scent, there really isn't one. Now, some are using this after their regular toners, and I guess if you have very dry skin, that is ok. For me, as this IS a toner, I use it first after washing. I am keeping it refrigerated due to intense heat, and at the end of the day, it feels refreshing on my skin. I'm so excited to be trying my first @acwell_global product, the Licorice pH Balancing Cleansing Toner! Starting with the bottle, it's amber colored, plastic, and it's a generous size. With licorice extract as the main ingredient, you would expect the scent to be stronger, but it's so mild you can hardly detect it. My preciousssss! 🤗 lol! I so love this Warrior Tonic by Sono Essence. From the aesthetics of the bottle, to it's contents, I just can't get enough of it. So much so, that I'm not willing to waste a single, solitary, drop showing a pic of it in the air, or any other way. That's right, couldn't get it on the first shot, so I'm not going to try again. Among my skin care items, this is a prized possession! Let me explain why.... First, the ingredients are so clean, so let's check them out, and what their benefits are, shall we? ~ Rose Hip Hydrosol Water - Anti: aging, bacterial, fungal, viral, oxidant, and so much more! Kind of a hard worker, isn't it? ~ Gluconolactone - an exfoliant in the PHA family Crystal Infusion: ~ Tourmaline ~ Rose Quartz ~ Clear Quartz ~ Citrine Benefits: ~ Hydrates ~ Balance & restore the skin’s pH level ~ Minimize appearance of pores ~ Removes residue missed by cleansing. Now, what makes this so special to me? After my cleansing routine, I use this tonic. It lessens my large pores, and it's anti-aging properties from the rose hip are hydrating to my dry skin areas, and not overly so to my oily areas. In short, it balances my skin, and gives me the perfect result every time. It isn't sticky or tacky, and absorbs quickly. It's no secret that I'm a toner junkie 😆 so I was stoked to get this #SKINRxLAB Double Essence Korean Toner. Look how beautiful it is! With ingredients such as Panthenol, Ceramide, Milk protein, Madecassoside, Centella Asiatica Extract & Beta-Glucan, it calms & rejuvenates sensitive skin, minimizes wrinkles, moisturizes & cleanses - phew! such a hard worker! With two layers consisting of essence & a water layer, you shake until it is fully combined, then use it to cleanse dead skin cells for softer, more supple skin. I must say, the scent, to me, is a very soft powder one. I was almost sad when it faded. After gently patting it into my skin, it left my skin feeling incredibly soft, and when used before the mask, you get a double whammy of love from the (Re-turn) line! My face feels so nice after using this toner, and I admit to being smitten with it. My first impressions are that while it has a watery texture, it is incredibly hydrating for a toner, without being too much.

I was intrigued by this Fig Boosting Essence by I'm From. This was my first fig based product to use, and I was not disappointed. Containing 62.7% fig extract, I decided to delve a bit deeper to see just what fig extract does for your skin, and WOW! See What Fig Can Do: ~ antioxidant that protects the skin, reduce pigmentation, and reduce fine lines and wrinkles ~ enhances hydration by preventing water loss from the upper layers of your skin ~ improve dark spots by addressing the enzyme, tyrosinase, that leads to those pesky dark spots I mean, is this truly not nature's candy?? In the know, I used this am & pm for the past week, and here are my thoughts: Let's start with the obvious - the packaging. It's got that classic look, with a rose colored bottle that looks beautiful on my vanity. I love a simple, classy, bottle. There is a very faint, barely there scent, perfect for people like me who are scent sensitive. I like that this essence is a tad thicker than others I've tried, but it also means you have to give it a few shakes to get a decent amount. But a little goes a long way! I did find that it worked great, but was a bit tacky for a few minutes afterwards as it absorbed. And it left my skin feeling soft, refreshed, and smooth.
