Lorelei review for Licorice pH Balancing Cleansing Toner

I received this product for free from Picky and Acwell in exchange for my honest review. I love toners, and a toner that cleans is twice as nice! I'm so excited to be trying my first @acwell_global product, the Licorice pH Balancing Cleansing Toner! Starting with the bottle, it's amber colored, plastic, and it's a generous size. With licorice extract as the main ingredient, you would expect the scent to be stronger, but it's so mild you can hardly detect it. It also contains Peony (protect), Cimicifuga (relax the skin) & Arrowroot ((purifies). I love how my skin felt soft, clean, hydrated & so refreshed after using this toner.
