I often have breakouts just before the start of my period and I just try not to pick any pimples. I also try to be very consistent with cleansing my face and sometimes I also use a pimple patch at night. Hormonal pimples usually don't leave any marks or scars on me. I don't follow any special routines or diets during that time, apart from the diet I'm already following for a few months trying to loose some weight! ๐

I definitely have the same issue as you. For me, I get really hungry before my period comes and tend to eat sweet stuff like chocs and bubble tea, then I start to break out. If you are same as me, guess itโs all the stuff that we eats, we need self control ๐ฅฒ๐

You can still eat sweet stuff but try not to have too much added sugar. Natural sugar like fruit is great ๐
