Any suggestion for combination + dehydrated skin + hormonal acne?

Please help me to suggest product that suitable for my skin condition? Im so confused whether i need to focus more on reducing my hormonal acne or improve my skin hydration 😩🥹

Oh girl same, it is def a tricky combination to deal with. I would say focus on barrier healthy before all else. Use super gentle actives to address acne, and skin cycling can help a lot.
