Dry/Sensitive
as weather gets colder, your skin tends to get drier, and that’s normal. as an extremely dry eczema skin girlie, here are some of my tips!
1. dont wash your face in the morning (just using water) and make sure to use lukewarm water, never HOT! hot water dries out your skin so fast. and immediately use moisturizer while your skin is damp!
2. invest in mugwort, madecassoside, panthenol, beta glucan, hyaluronic acid, or honey containing skincare! your skin will thank you tremendously
3. if you have hydrating toner, you can layer it multiple times
4. drink water! if you’re dehydrated, your skin will too (learnt it the hard way) 🥹
5. keep your skincare minimal! don’t use too much active in a week (if you have retinol and exfoliating skincare, try to only use one of them in a week)
i hope it helps! good luck 💗

Usually when the weather gets cold, my skin also starts becoming super dry and flaky. I just add additional moisturizer to the extra flaky areas.
