Instagram connectivity issue

I can't connect my instagram to Picky even though I've followed the steps/instructions on their post. I still get the same error message every time. Am I the only one getting this error? What can I do to resolve this?

Maybe try submitting a Zendesk ticket on Picky... They usually respond (but takes like a week) over there
