Congrats on the nomination but I don’t think I will vote at this time.

There are just too many ongoing issues with the App. Time needs to be spent by the Developers actually fixing the App vs soliciting us for an award.

@PickyDevs - I found another glitch. If I click on a featured review, a totally different video pops up. In the screenshot, I clicked on the Skin&Lab Eye Serum (purple background) and when I click to see the video review - an OUAI leave on conditioner appears. 

And another one: I also accidentally attached another screenshot where the VT Reedle shows the SAMU product instead, but if I try to edit and delete from this comment it won’t let me.

Thank you for responding! Here are 5 of the main issues I personally have encountered recently. 

1) The latest version of the review form no longer has the section to inform Picky if a product has not arrived, or to request an extension.

2) Every couple of weeks the My Events will suddenly disappear - sometimes only for a few hours or up to 1 day. It has happened to me a couple of times when trying to complete a review form before a deadline.

3) Multiple reviews from same User for same products. Since there is a lag time when you click “Publish” for a review (especially when you have a video) Users think the review isn’t updating and they click Publish multiple times. Perhaps adding a note when creating a review to just click once would help? It is frustrating when you try to look at reviews for a product and there are 30+ reviews with 1-2 lines from the same person. 

4) If I want to look at Product reviews before buying a product, the app will only allow you to look at a few reviews. If you try to scroll down it keeps showing just the first few reviews. Filtering doesn’t help. (This is another issue related to #3)

5) Product Requests- these are not being processed for almost a year. The option under User Profile was also removed. It seems that only new products get added if there is a giveaway. I have 5 K-beauty products from popular brands that I can’t review here because Picky hasn’t added them. 

These are just a few things I would love to see if they could be addressed to make the App better. There are more glitches but I haven’t personally experienced them - just noticed Users mentioning in the Discussion section. 

As for the 1st issue mentioned, Picky Support was still informing us to click on the email to report issues which no longer works. Multiple Users were posting about 2 giveaways where products weren’t arriving but no way to inform Picky except by emailing support.

I also have a request for a way to search my own reviews. I’ve been here 5 years and have 500+ reviews. Sometimes I don’t remember what I purchased myself and used, but I can’t search or filter.
