Posting here won’t help - Picky doesn’t read the discussions. Multiple people have posted about this situation already (a search will show several posts)
I reached out to Picky support on Monday but haven’t heard back. This is the 3rd giveaway in a row for me where the Brand is SLOW to ship.
Picky developers updated the Review form in either late Nov/early Dec, and new one doesn’t have any way to inform Picky products are missing or to request an extension.
Last time Picky Support told me to use the email link or go to the form which I specifically said in my email no longer existed which was why I reached out. So they were no help.
