Water cleansing

So I've been water cleansing for I think a month now (not sure if that's accurate but I'd check later) and posting this on my social media and woah it is a triggering topic for most people. I usually only strictly water cleanse in the mornings and double cleanse at nights. I'm still going to review this later this month and as time goes by . It's a routine I've gotten comfortably with asides it's time saving nature. I started mostly to repair my skin barrier ,avoid irritation some cleansers may cause and to try out a repair serum (which I've already reviewed). This routine is something I want to continue and weigh in thoroughly it's pros and cons esp for my skin type. Does anyone here water cleanse at all, even if sparingly? Share with me

I’ve been practicing water cleansing in the mornings for about a month now, and it's been a game-changer for my skin! I pair it with double cleansing at night to remove makeup and sunscreen. This routine has helped me repair my skin barrier and reduce irritation from harsh cleansers. It's also time-saving and feels refreshing. I highly recommend giving it a try if you're looking for a gentle and effective way to cleanse your skin!

Absolutely I have been doing this too and oh yeah it's a month now. I'd keep doing it am already used to using water only in the mornings. Tho at the beginning I had breakouts. It always beats me as to how our ancestors did skincare those days with little or no soap and had less to worry about.

Been doing this for years! Learnt it from my mom. Unless I feel that my face is really oily in the morning, would just wash it with water. The reasoning’s more so because you were just at home, in bed, sleeping..
