Sleeping masks donβt always have to be a thick cream, for an example the Cosrx one! I think use it when you feel like your skin needs it, I prefer hydration ones.

As a dry skin, yes, but I realize I use less moisturizer, but since some masks are thick than possibly just use that one, personal preference! π

Yea I m using sleeping mask too but I only use it max 2 times a week. As u said, applying it everyday may increase ur skin burden instead of reducing it so itβs unnecessary to apply it everyday ππ

I use a sleeping mask once a week and this one is really light and leaves your skin so soft! I do my normal skincare routine hour before sleeping, and I put the mask like 10 mjns before I go to sleep because this one actually makes me fall asleep faster, due to scent π€
