For me, it is a yes! Especially if you're wearing physical sunscreen, even you're wearing chemical sunscreen, it is really crucial to remove any dirt due to pollution, etc so that your pores will not clogged. Some people think a water cleanser is already enough, well listen to your skin! Used soaked toner with cotton pad and wipe your face with it, if there's no dirt, maybe your water cleanser is already enough! ❤

Micellar water is great but it’s not enough you should definitely double cleanse to remove sunscreen :)

To be honest, I would totally double cleanse. Look at your sunscreen as makeup. You should always remove your makeup before actually cleansing your skin! I prefer a balm to remove my sunscreen and/or makeup, and follow up with a water based cleanser. Personally I like using the original from Banila, but they also have a revitalizing one for combo/oily skin. For a water based I prefer the hydrating cleanser from CeraVe, but I think you would enjoy the Foaming Cleanser 🥰 I use micellar water myself sometimes if I don’t have access to my balm. But I would never use micellar water on its own!
