I suggest just splashing your face with water. Cleansing 3x a day sounds excessive and might just strip your face of it's natural oils. You want to make sure not to overdo it as drying out your face in that way can cause issues

I don't think this is a good idea. splashing just water on your face without applying a moisturizer after will just dry your skin out.

personally, when I'm all sweaty after a workout, I dont use soap when I wash my face, just cold water. since you'll be cleansing later, it's okay if you dont use soap, water is good enough to wash away the sweat

Twice a day is just the max, if u do washes in between just splash water on your face, otherwise, you'll be over-cleansing your face!!

I would advise just slashing water and wait to properly cleanse in your PM routine later. Although you’re sweaty and oily, you don’t want to disrupt your skin’s natural moisture and oil barrier by cleansing more than twice a day. Twice a day is the better way‼️💯✨✨✨

You can wash your face 3 times if you must but be sure to at least add moisturizer after to ensure you don't irritate your skin..
