I've never tried the cosrx but from what I know it's a combo of fruit AHA, Niacinamide, and Glycolic Acid. There are lots of alternatives for that.
Personally my go-to combo for dark spots is Vitamin C+Arbutin. Recently I'm also trying out Tranexamic Acid.

It contains glycolic acid(which is an AHA) and niacinamide. You can try TO’s AHA and niacinamide, I personally like Azelaic acid for PIH
