I think it’s completely fine, as long as your skin can handle it! everyone’s skin is different. personally, I find double cleansing too stripping as I have quite sensitive skin & I only double cleanse if I’ve been wearing makeup. but there are other people who double cleanse everyday! I think it’s just your personal preference 💗

I totally agree with you. I used to double cleanse every day, but lately I only do it 2-3x a week since my skin is quite sensitive.

I do double cleansing every night or everytime I apply sunscreen. Cleansing oils or balms helps me in cleaning sunscreen residues. So far, the cleansing oils I tried are not stripping and are gentle on the skin. 😅😬😬
