I definitely agree, I noticed a significant change in my skin after using toners in my routine, I wouldn't say they are necessary in a routine but they add more glow and hydration or exfoliation to the skin. Toners are really great feat in a skincare routine if you know how to combine them and enjoy them. These are my favourite

Skincare is personal. Having said that, toners as being essential in one's skincare is also personal. As a toner lover myself, I just don't mind others saying toners are not necessary. What is essential for others may not be the same for everyone. It's my most favorite skincare product. Nowdays, toners are not just for hydration. They also target skin concerns like acne, redness, PIH, etc. And they're fun to use. I just can't live without my toners.

I've never really had the need to use a toner. generally despite the pros, toners are more of a luxury than a necessity in a routine.

omg save I've always had a similar view on toners. I never felt like it did much for my skin and the extra step felt like more money down the drain. but I've started getting more into essence toners or toners with a consistency that feel a bit more substantial and feel like they've been working great! I hope you get to experiment and find something that works for you too.
